The original Norte announcement made 7 January 2014 stipulated Zahena was ablated to pay (US$) 100k on signing, 100 after 6 months 300 after 12 months which is now. The balance of $3.1M over a few years.
Given that Zahena has pulled out of Norte, I ask if the remaining balance will be paid.
If Zahaena is not obliged to pay the remaining $3.1M then the company needs to make this disclosure as it is material, actually very material. Also, has the company received the $300k from the Norte deal.
These are material events for a company with very very little money.
Latin needs to be up front and make disclosure.
