OFFICE: KPG: Executive Appointment - General Manager Development
Kiwi Property is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Christopher
Hermann to the position of General Manager Development.
Mr Hermann has extensive development experience with large scale commercial
and retail developments in Australia, having worked in senior roles with Lend
Lease, the Gandel Group and with urban development and planning authorities
in New South Wales and Victoria.
Chris Gudgeon, Chief Executive, said: "Last year, we undertook an
organisational review and identified the opportunity to streamline the
development function within the business by combining responsibility for both
retail and office development. I am very pleased that our executive search
has enabled us to secure an executive of Mr Hermann's calibre for the new
role."
Mr Hermann has a degree in Architecture from the University of Auckland and a
graduate management qualification from the University of New South Wales. His
employment with Kiwi Property will commence on 2 March 2015.
