I'm guessing that storage and consumption volumes grow with economy offset by improving fuel economy and supply constraints. Of note consumption has improved year on year in recent data for Jan. Supply will take time to cool off. I am not getting too excited about recovery till WTI holds for two weeks above $60. I am wishing for a recovery though. I hold shares in WPL.
