I follow the matter up as it would give an explanation to CDU shareholders so drastically affected by the trading of CDU shares on the 18th August, 2010.

The Senate Inquiry Committee into ASIC have requested ASIC to look into such matters that has arised and not been resolved.

The matter is with ASIC at the present time. ASIC has to report back to the Senate Inquiry Committee some time in the future.

The Statute of Limitations is still current for this item. I let CuDeco Management get on with the job of getting Rocklands into poduction. The sooner the better insofar as I am concerned at 86. Hope all is well with you.
