I think the more logical explanation was that the September date in the prospectus was wrong.

Feb/Mar is more logical as they don't confirm NPAT until then and the dividend is meant to be at least 25% NPAT - Andrew P said that the dividend would be paid along side the annual report and he was confident but not certain that it would be.

I also believe he pushed for a special divvy last year but was not obliged.

So based on that no dividend has been skipped, however the speculation continues.
