Management has said that Victorian revenues only commenced late in the first half - so probably not much of a profit contribution.
However the Flexi-net acquisition will add say approx. $700k in incremental EBIDA, but there will be one-offs associated with the transaction and integration
Should do $4m - 5m EBITDA, hopefully closer to $5m
