Infrastructure Bill is not passed yet imo and LCC can wield their power play by rejecting approval on tiny whimpsy noise and traffic disruption. Many hurdles have been passed but the some green anarchist, nimby and swampies have more influence in this part of UK than many would think. In UK it seems it is their way or the highways with these swampies and nimbies. Some councils are either panicked by these very vocal or at least opportunistically using these protester as their political posturing to advance their image with the Green voters in marginal seat. Qatar and LNG exporting countries like the US and Middle East must be wondering their good fortunes if the mob protestors get their own way.
