Be aware that no TPM-oxymorphone trials can commence in the US until there is an approved "IND". This Investgational New Drug approval requires, first of all, an application from POH to the FDA. This application has been planned for early 2015 (see November newsletter), but I have not seen any confirmation that it has yet been submitted.
I believe that 2H2015 is a likely target for the start of actual clinical TPM-oxymorphone trials in the US.
An update on the status of all this would be timely.
