    If I was "actively" trading BIT & BITO, I would not account for BITO as free but would apportion the 8 cents across the proportions of BIT & BITO if you plan to convert BITO to BIT, those BITOs that you got in the rights issue. They will rank equally when you convert them to to the ordinary scrip.
