My understanding from information in previous PEK announcements is that the CAPEX as per the PFS will be reduced. The amount of the reduction is unknown at this time but we may get that information later in the year or at worst on release of the BFS. As a result PEK is predicting a significant reduction in OPEX as a result of the many production trials here and in China. This project appears to be getting better as time progresses. Future announcements indicating decreases in OPEX and CAPEX will only help propel the SP in a upward trend IMO.
