LEIGH SALES: Are you a dead man walking?

I thought the opening line was ill chosen and disrespectful.
Too blunt.
She should have asked a different opening question showing a bit of recognition for someone enduring and coping with a difficult few days.
Also I would prefer an interviewer that is more quick witted and able to go off script when necessary.
