They're managing to grow top-line revenue (though a bit of this would be through the new acquisitions), but profit is stagnant, meaning that they've not managed their expenses well enough or getting customers is becoming harder and they are needing to discount.
Given the price falls its defo on the watchlist, but want to see them get some traction before wading in - can't see any immediate reason to buy now.
