It is confusing. Why go into a trading halt for something we already new. I.e. that the company is trying to sell the property buy nothing is finalized.
They obviously entered into a contract, sometime in the last week the contract fell apart and now we are where we are.
I am unsure about the implications of the contamination whispers from previous annual reports also.
Also some CGT will be applied bringing the valuation back down.
