I also remember something about tonnage as well as the actual products, from recollection around 500t consisting of Ce and La, was borrowed not bought and had to be returned.
Can't find a reference to back this up but that wouldn't be unusual around here
Either way they have stated that seeding for phase 2 has come from phase 1 and affected finished product output, which clearly brings phase 1 VERY close to nameplate as Jan has suggested.
