Im happy to be corrected but The TOP can/will only look at impropriety/operating outside of rules etc.
They will rule that they've (COK Co) have done nothing more than save their sorry arse, albeit at SH expense.
The TOP wont even look at it unless they're requested to by "the Co" or ASX or a fundamental block of SH at the very least
I realise that everyone has been burnt beyond recognition. (inc myself and just recently by BND) and Ive been a holder for years..but

and Im sorry to offend .....I for one and Im sure Im in the minority actually applaud them in at least staying afloat. It could have been real easy to pull a bandanna and just bail leaving nothing holders nothing more than the blunt end of the pineapple.

This now represents excellent value. Theyre an operational miner with a sound product. There are coal miners out there that have some poxy never to be dug up tenements with less JROC trading at multiples of this stock SP.
IMO You have two options sell and cop the tax adjustment or take advantage of the capacity to buy down as best you can so you can trade out of this in the next year at close to holdings value and at least have a choice. Whatever but stop your whining

I might ad that the whole thing could just eventually fall over anyway. Welcome to trading in coal specs

So just opinion in the end
