rights issue at 4c - last traded at 10c

See attached link. 4c rights issue announced on 29th March with free attached option to each share.

I see they are looking to invest in the uranium sector. If they can get hold of a reasonable uranium project there's no reason why this stock won't be worth mkt cap $20 - $30m. With 160,000,000 shares post rights issue that's around 12c to 20c. My free oppies will be hovering around the 4c - 12c mark and they won't have cost a thing!
