"When I called TON yesterday, they said they are aiming to secure off takes before mid 2015."
When I called them today they said that this is now unlikely as 3 x Chinese SOEs (Chinalco, Sinopec, Sinoma) had now signed binding OT's leaving only crumbs. However they were hopeful of signing some small OT's by mid 2016.
