Although there is bottom feeding happening (someone accumulated a few between 2.8 - 3cents this last week). And a bullish graphite release may bode well. Coupled with Chinese connections to create avenues for an offtake (even though that would be 18months away - based on extensive and dedicated testing).
I am just as dubious as the next person on Globe, but they might just pull a rabbit out of the hat.
