re: capital raising You seem to forget they already earn an income as they are a producer, take that into account at today's POG and POC (and I have no doubt that this is a huge discount to what they will be in the near future) and see what your modelling comes up with.
But then again I may be wrong, but I don't think so. So I'll back my judgement - you back yours.
