    From what I read in the announcement the Chile company loaned MCO money in installments but reneged on paying one of the installments which meant MCO had no cash to pay its creditors so was forced into administration ,
    or up another way in the letter it stated MCO may be able to claim against the Chile company as it breached its loan agreement to MCO and forced it inot administration
