in case you missed it, then electricals have been let to Sino. There could be 50 electrical contractors set up shop in Cloncurry but the competition will not save CDU $1. The only beneficiary will be Sino as they must be using contractors at least in part to fulfill the contract. Can not see them being allowed to fly in the whole workforce needed from China. But don't tell shortchange as according to him, there have only ever been two contractors on site.
