No worries - glad you found the answers to your question. On October 7, 2014, Venture Global filed with FERC a Request to Initiate NEPA Pre-Filing Process. As part of the submission the development team members are noted in the documents. But for what it's worth I know people at Tecnicas, Chart and CH IV..............cheers
