Lots of good folk leaving because of "management wrath" can be quite withering, and has potential to slow things down. Had a major position in POS and abandoned it at a significant loss because of delays. We went from a potential drill out of the G shoot in December, and assays in January to a three month blow out, delay in permitting at Windarra now takes us into the middle of the second quarter for production of ore to commence.

Need to take good care of your senior personnel, or there will be more delays, good replacements are always hard to find. Delay also costs money, cash burn is running at about a $1.3M so cost of 3 month delay is $3.9M (ouch).
