    I will not be surprised if Zijin don't quietly acquire stock. They seem to want complete control of their assets & even at an average of $0.10 / share getting control of JRV for approx. $5m is a steal to avoid paying up to $60m in royalties + getting the other assets (mainly Scandium) owned by JRV.
