Don't think safety at 250mg was a problem efficacy was demonstrated but statistical significance was not there need 375mg or 500mg Some PD molecules have 10-20 fold dose range as the disease progresses dose just keeps going up. eg Sifrol 0.375mg to 4.5mg daily
