    The trick for Bushveld is to control enough shares to delist LMR. Once private, they get to use the cash pretty much as they please (asset strip). Minority shareholders will be stranded, without ASX protection. The buyback is helping, since as the overall share issue reduces, Bushveld % holding increases...
