I've been thinking along the same lines yatchy regarding a possible TO especially with the imminent granting of the exploitation permit. However management seem to have safe guarded the coy from such a move to a "certain extent" by way of diversification with its corner stone investors.
But in saying that we all know that the Chinese will need and want the zinc and that they have very deep pockets with firms that we have never even heard of, recent example London mining's recent takeover.
