Yes trading at a 50% discount to the value of its shares/cash assets.
the valuation depends on its ELM and KRM shares holding up.
Can't see much downside in EZA from its current 12c share price, given it has cash backing of 17c.
Also have to allow for administration costs
Volume has dried up now, but there was a bit of volume in Dec/Jan - one of those stocks where when there is a bit of selling/volume, have to make the most of the opportunity
55m shares on offer with management holding 20% or so, with a fair chunk of that owing them 20cents
