I read it as confirmation that TZL and TFS will continue as a unit. The niceties of funding are still to be determined but it looks to me as if the deal is in the bag. Will be interesting to finally read what the funding deal involves. Textron clearly wanted to replace a low yield division with a new high tech Intevia-based outfit. What will happen to the TFS divisions that are surplus to requirements? Hived of before or after a NASDAQ listing? I know patience is a virtue but it is also a platitude! How much longer to the announcement? Wasn't April 24th the Textron Inc deadline?
