Why TURKEY? Economy is healthy and growing. They need energy and want their own supplies.
They are building several nuke plants and have no domestic U308 producers.
The government is anxious to have domestic supplies so have been cooperative with permits.
The project is low cost in both capex and operating expenses. They will be able to make money,even in today's lower price environment.
