A search back to previous company announcements confirms Paradice purchased 16M NEA shares at 21.7cents back in April 2013. They topped up another 3M a few months later at 26-27. I wouldn't begrudge them crystallizing a 170% profit in < 2 years. I seriously doubt there is a conspiracy afoot as some others have suggested in previous posts.
Paradice's recent offloads are a simple case of locking in a profit, nothing more IMHO.
