Even though Mr Smith is not a director of company any longer he receives a consultancy fee of $US 10, 000 per month (current exchange rate would be equililent to about AUD $13, 000) until further notice. He also received a sign on bonus of $AUD 130, 000.

Mr Wachtel receives $US 15, 000 per month as a consultant

That's just for starters - with all the other consultants and expenses being paid out on a monthly basis - I am sure the money in bank is diminishing

Who ever believes there is 5 million AUD $ in bank most probably believes in tooth fairy
