SP had 3 or 4 failed attempts to crack 44 cents before the placement and rights issue. That might be the next target to break through. Curious what ignited this today. Wonder if UBS is back playing again. Might get a sub holder change notice soon. Anyway the higher low theory is still valid. I hold PDN.
