But if they did then you're right - we simply can't truck it over the fence to the mining concession - so no utility in staying in the old regime.

I actually want Tolga to finger tap his current mining concession and refuse to apply under the new regime. So when GK do move across to the new regime... My hope is that the Fremilo scratched back will finally do some back scratching. AJ and BB backs must be itchy - as is mine and every TON shareholder here since 2012 and before.

Do those mining regs include a 10% free carry? Won't confirm my theory 100%, but would certainly 'imply options'.
