According to the Gold coast newspaper they can issue only another 23m without another EGM.
"Mr McCrae was speaking at an extraordinary general meeting in Surfers Paradise where shareholders overwhelmingly approved a $30 million share placement of 24 million shares to CuDeco’s largest shareholder, Hong Kong-based China Oceanwide International Investment.
The company has the ability to issue up to a further 22.8 million shares under the ASX 15 per cent listing rule. CuDeco’s shares remain suspended ahead of a further capital raising. They last traded at $1.41"
Shadow / GFM - It is possible that O.W may not have FIRB approval yet but my point was I cant see how they wont get aproval yet again and it shouldnt take months and months for it to happen but Xmas was in there so there could be a backlog- We may not get an announcement this time the first we may hear about is when the 3b notice is issued.
I imagine the company is getting very close to needing some of that $30m ?
