    Hey guys,

    I just recently got back into the market after a 4 year lay off.... I saw these guys have effectively just started a JV with Calstlemines and I thought it was a decent speccy. I bought a small parcel today but would love some input if anyone is familiar with the company itself and have an opinion of the short/med term...
