Shadow,
Every ROI/DCF figure the company has published includes in the notes sales prices for Cobalt magnetite and gold as well as recoveries and they also include the costs in the calculations. CDU keep talking CuEq rather than just Cu. These three elemtss make up 37% of sales are are fundamental to their business case.
So you have at present mining cost per lb of ore. What is the average Cu in the ore mined, what will it be per annum once the NCU and high grade zones are mined out. You need to look at it by year for ten years. What does thst give you as a cost per kg of copper.
What is the processing cost per kg of copper, again you need to know the grades.
What is the Cu % going to be in the concentrate shipped and the Cu % in the NCU. You need to know these figures to get a total shipping cost. It is fine to say you know that you have accurate transport costs per tonne but that is useless without knowing how many tonnes you are going to transport.
By coming up with some detail costs, without taking into account all the other variables just highlights that you have some knowledge but when it comes to financial analysis and costing , it is you who is the amateur.
