All you need to do is google ian frazer and nanopatch to see the extent of relevance. Remember too that the HSV vaccinnes in phase 1 were delivered intradermally. Thst is into the skin as will be the case with the nano patch.
Abdm has done some excellent posts on this some time ago.
I suppose the bottom line is that if a vaccinne is delivered intradermally by nanopatch the effect on the targeted bug or disease is faster and more poweful.
Also less scary than those horrible needles!
