i have noticed the sellers at 13.5 to 15. They are the traders looking for the quick 0.5c or 1c movements and yes, they are a little caught at present.
I just don't see it gettting back to 10c or 8c. 11c possibly, but 10c or under, is pushing the wheelbarrow up hill. Good luck though. If it does go to 10c or under, I will be having the buy button ready !
