There has been talk of India, China and Russia joining hands to create a third force in the world. With large parts of Europe now aware of the new New World Order, it may be well worth considering forming a global alliance to take on the superpower."

That would be a formidable economic power, especially as the US inexorably slides into economic ruin and becomes less and less important as the consumer of world production. India, China and Russia are experiencing up to 10% pa growth while the US has fallen and has much further to go.

The possibility of Howard having wrong-footed and chosen the wrong ally is very real.
