In principle yes, if you picked the somewhere close to the top on Monday and somewhere near the bottom on Tuesday , however you also have Cap Gains Tax to deal with.
Not strategy that I use, I have held for CBA for many years and have found it a great earner that always recovers from any falls to go above its previous highs over the long term.
