Interesting point there Cmarcos about Diamond Circle. Never heard of them before and would certainly enhance the assets of DCC. If what your saying is correct, I wonder what exactly happened and how much they want for a buyout, sounds like a company with great assets and potential. DCC do continue to consider aquiring businesses which may be complimentary or enhance their assets as stated in the Prospectus (page 43). Do you have a link which confirms they are seeking a buyout?
