VDM Holdings (ASX:VMG) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to an update of the Central Reg Camp Bulk Earthworks contract.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trading on Friday, 20th February 2015.
On 31 December 2014, the company received a letter of demand from BHP Billiton (ASX:BHP) for $2.72 million payable by 21 January 2015 in relation to the Central Reg Camp Bulk Earthworks Contract.
Both companies have dispute claims related to the contract.
