The way I read the report is FMG will soon be one of the lowest ore producers.
Is that your faith you are asking? Look at the ratio of FMG SP against BHP/RIO and tell me that cost is dropping as the IOP follow suit.
As for Banks not wanting a company to fail, most of the debt are structured through bonds so the bond holders have first pick should a company collapse. Equity holders usually use the tax deduction. The last time it happened with Twiggy, bond holders got cents in the dollar. Equity holders made the most of the Tax deduction.
