The funniest thing for me to read about is how others wanted a CR to go to current retail shareholders who IMO have shown how skittish they can/would be with a 59c raise, many retail protestors would be flogging this stock off at much lower prices had they the opportunity at 50c!

At least we don't have this overhang on us now because a retail spp would only be completing now and many shares coming online, I'd say we'd be at 55/58c, no doubt in my mind.

Yes I reckon we have seen selling by these so called "sophisticated investors" and they have done well and been taken care of by certain groups. I must say I never thought the overhang would have been so much and I agree management need to tread carefully with certain broker groups when raising money!

But I don't task this to management if they change the way they approach major holders including the interested US parties we know are around! I hope that Fosters can make amends in the not too distant future as we all know they have been selling, well, show us!!
