I think you will find that with FAR the fundamental aspects and the charts align. It seems that the institutions have been accumulating for 13 or so weeks and the apex of that ascending triangle is next week. This coincides with the possible release of the drilling results. It shows us that the smart money have been accumulating for a long period in anticipation of the announcement and also accumulating because oil prices are at lows.
