I might be a buyer if they get cashed up on good terms.
Any deal could also tell us what the market really thinks of the Tanzania permits which will be of interest to OEL holders.
At this stage, I think financing will be a struggle for them within the new oil price environment. OEL, with some luck in timing, are now very cashed up but that doesn't mean they should blow a big wad of it in the Tanzanian swamplands either.
Show me the deal terms for SWE financing, whether it be farmout or outright company sale.
