great post I wish, a project that is simple in nature has been over complicated by inept management,"raring to go cant go for raring" One of the main reasons I bought into this company was the staged mining approach that was sprooked in the earlier presos each stage would use profits from the previous stage, that has NOT happened and even in the latest presos they still are sprooking the staged approach.For me this management team as they call themselves are on strike two and a half
