News regarding takeover bid is due next week or so.... due diligence completed already.

Could well see $US55,000,000 deal come thru.


An outsider.... but a vote of confidence given by Perishing Capital and Williams HTM.... both large buyers of AYA over the last 40 days.


The low looks to be in.... at very least backed by a valuable met coal asset... with most infrastructure including rail lines and port access.... plonk in the middle of USA.
