Yes I agree these numbers are great news. especially dividends increasing. By the end of the year dividends will have returned the capital I originally deployed a few year back!!
I also liked the information about investing 10% annual net profit over time to build up an inhouse capital buffer. Over time that will also generate alot more profit and provide flexibility for unforseen events.
Most importantly perhaps is the willingness of large institutional investors overseas to invest Billions with an Australian Fund manager. Not many do...
So I am definitely going to continue to hold as I don't think this ride is anywhere near maturity yet!
